Introducing

We are a professional family of 5, who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. We are looking at doing an exchange in New Zealand in either Wanaka or Queenstown in September 2010. We live in a spacious 2 level home with an inground heated pool, and are minutes walk to the nearest beach or a 15minute stroll to restaurants, cafes, shops and the main patrolled surf beach. This exchange would suit a family who want to enjoy the outdoors and beach lifestyle. Car exchange is also possible.

Large 5 bedroom home on 2 levels, with an inground heated pool with 2 BBQ areas located down in the pool area or upstairs on the main deck. House is family friendly. Suit family wanting a relaxing holiday at a beachside location.

    We live in a quiet street that is 400m to the nearest beaches (3 glorious bays) and only 15minute stroll to shops, cafes and the main patrolled surf beaches. We are also 20minutes drive to both Noosa Beach (famous Hasting St) and Mooloolaba Beach. Also 35 minute drive to Australia Zoo. Public transport is available minutes from the house. There is an option for swapping cars as well.

    The Sunshine Coast offers a wide range of activities for visitors, from climbing Mt Coolum (5 minute drive from the house) to more more advance mountains at Glass House Mountains (40 minutes), over 60 km of amazing surf beaches that are ideal for surfers, kite boarding, sailing and fishing. Numerous national parks offer amazing bush walks and scenery, for the golf lovers a number of courses are available the closest being 5 minutes away. The Sunshine Coast is renown for it's relaxed lifestyle and outdoor cafe lifestyle.
