Rebecca & Jim + our 2 Kids 5 & 8 years old. We are self employed so are usually flexible with our holiday plans. We have a lovely traditional home in Brisbane, several beach housesand a caravan. We are really interestedin exchanges that allow us to tour as well as have a home base.

About our home

We have a family friendly beach house at Coolum on Queenslands Sunshine Coast about 150 kms north of Brisbane. The house is open plan and has a swimming pool, best of all it is a short walk (500 mtrs) tobeautiful Coolum beach. We also have a few other beach houses and our home in Brisbane. We also have a new caravan which we would consider swapping for a caravan or motorhome.

    Coolum Beach is on Queenslands Sunshine Coast and is around 15 minutes south of Noosa and 15 minutes north of Maroochydore International Airport. Coolum has a gorgeous surf beach which stretches for kilometres. (See pics) Our holiday home is located ia quiet culdesac less that 500 mtrs to the beach. There are local shops less than 5 minutes walk away and central Coolum is around 10 minutes walk away.

    Our home in Brisbane would also be available for exchange. It has 4 bedrooms (currently set up as 3 bedrooms & study) 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a swimming pool. Our home is a Queenslander style, which may be of heritage interest. We also have a caravan and Mitsubishi Pajero which we would consider swapping for a similar car/caravan/motorhome.
