Open plan, wooden polished floors and kitchen, split level attractive home.It has an independent studio apartment on 1 level.Private garden area.The home is sunny and catches all the sea breezes in summer. It has a central vacuum system.

    Our home is on a quiet road leading to a beauitful long safe tree lined beach ideal for swimming (a 5 minute walk). It is 20 minutes from hot mineral pools north and 20 mins south on the motorway to downtown Auckland (in off peak times). A large new trendy mall with cinemas is less than 10 minutes away. Bus and local shops 2 mins walk.

    Fully furnished, master bedroom with sliders to deck and ensuite, a study and single bedroom on upper level. Lots of books to read and new TV and DVD. References required unless direct swap. We are interested in visiting Europe esp. around South Germany about JUne 2010.
